These terms govern the use of this website and the transportation services provided by VIY Transport (“we,” “us”). By requesting a quote or booking a shipment, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, including route, vehicle details, operability, and requested dates. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual shipment details differ from what was quoted. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

Scheduling & Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates. Weather, traffic, road conditions, and carrier availability can affect timing. We will keep you informed of any changes to your shipment schedule.

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are inspected and documented at pickup and delivery. Any damage claims must be noted on the delivery inspection at the time of delivery. Personal items left in the vehicle are transported at the owner's risk and are not covered by cargo insurance.

Insurance

All shipments are fully covered by cargo insurance for the duration of transport. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a shipment. Cancellation terms depend on how far dispatch has progressed and will be communicated at booking.
